Experience in the Fintech, Banking, or Cryptocurrency domain will be considered an added advantage.

Key Criteria :

Candidates with immediate availability or those able to join within 10 days (preference for individuals currently serving their notice period).

Must be willing to work onsite in Hyderabad — five days a week.

Job Title : Mid Dot Net Developer

Location : Hyderabad

Shift : 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Work Mode : 5 Days Office

1. Role Overview

As a Mid-level Backend Developer, you will be a key engineer building the core services of our next-generation, regulated digital asset platform.

Working within one of our agile squads (e.g., Settlement, Custody, or Compliance), you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining the high-performance microservices that form the backbone of our financial ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role for a developer who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and secure systems.

You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and frontend developers to implement mission-critical logic for financial transactions, custody operations, and compliance workflows.

2. Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Core Microservices :

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to build and enhance backend services using .NET (Core / 5+) and C#.
  • Contribute to critical components, such as the 24x7 settlement engine, Fireblocks custody integration, or compliance automation services.
  • Implement business logic and data persistence layers according to architectural guidelines.

Build and Consume APIs :

  • Develop and maintain secure and well-documented RESTful APIs for both internal service-to-service communication and external consumption.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs from financial partners, custody providers, and KYC vendors.

    • Ensure Code Quality and Performance :

  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and correctness of your code.
  • Participate actively in code reviews to maintain high standards across the team.
  • Profile and optimize code to meet the performance and low-latency requirements of a real-time financial system.

    • Collaborate and Problem-Solve :

  • Work effectively in an agile squad, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to understand architectural patterns and contribute to design discussions.

    • 3. Required Qualifications

    Must-Have :

    Professional Experience : 4-6 years of professional experience in backend software development using the .NET framework.

  • .NET / C# Proficiency : Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (including .NET Core / .NET 5+).

    • API Development : Solid experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

    Database Skills : Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and experience with an ORM like Entity Framework Core.

    Testing : A commitment to quality with hands-on experience writing unit and integration tests.

    Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work through complex technical challenges.

    Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

    Nice-to-Have (Highly Desirable) :

    Cloud & Containers : Familiarity with developing for a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and using Docker.

    Microservices & Asynchronous Patterns : Exposure to microservices architecture and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

    Financial / Crypto Domain Interest : An interest in or prior experience with FinTech, banking, payments, or cryptocurrency.

    Agile Experience : Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.
