Job Summary

A Network Support Specialist provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.

• Maintain a high level of expertise in networking concepts, including TCP / IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Utilize monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network problems efficiently.
