Required Minimum Experience :
Must have 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors (support experience preferred).
Experience in implementation of SF’s Employee Central – Service Center / Ask HR functionalities.
Experience in designing and implementation EC Cloud Services.
Ability to understand functional / technical specifications and analyze data and server logs.
Ability to do any new enhancements for minimum two modules LMS, Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central (Service Center & Ask HR).
Ability to solve technical issues related to SF Cloud (C4C) and SF Integration (CPI) and also be able to implement new functionalities.
Good understanding of SAP Cloud Applications to carry out custom development on SAP C4C.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in SAP C4C, CPI and SF EC.
Ability to implement API services and integration of SAP system with external system
Should have good communication and documentation skills
“Must have” Technical Skills :
SAP Success Factors, LMS, IAS / IPS and interfaces knowledge.
