We're Hiring : Research and Development Product Manager (5+ Years Experience)

Reports To : HQ / Senior Management

About the Role :

We are establishing a new Research & Development unit within our company and are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead this initiative. The Product Manager will act as the bridge between our Headquarters and the local development team, ensuring that products are delivered in line with strategic objectives, technical standards, and market needs.

This role requires a forward-thinking professional with a strong understanding of technology, proven leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and guide software developers to deliver innovative products such as mobile apps, SaaS solutions, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Ownership & Vision

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with HQ guidelines.

Ensure clear translation of HQ requirements into actionable development tasks.

Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in product features and performance.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration, productivity, and accountability.

Provide leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Implement agile methodologies and best practices in product development.

Product Development & Delivery

Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle : ideation, development, testing, launch, and iteration.

Ensure products meet functional, technical, and design standards.

Collaborate with QA and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison with HQ, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

Present product updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations.

Balance business needs with technical feasibility and team capacity.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver applications and SaaS products.

Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with experience working directly with international teams / HQ.

Demonstrated ability to translate product vision into actionable development plans.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience managing distributed or multicultural teams.

Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, APIs, mobile ecosystems, etc.).

Background in scaling SaaS or mobile app products internationally.
