Job Description:

Provide application support for JD Edwards Sales Distribution modules

Handle incident management problem resolution and change requests

Support core processes such as

Sales Order Management

Inventory Management

Shipping Delivery

Pricing and Discounts

Billing and Invoicing

Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution within SLA

Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements in JDE

Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations

Maintain documentation for all support activities

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventive measures

Support integration points with Finance Procurement and Manufacturing modules

Participate in testing and deployment for fixes and enhancements

Oracle Certification would be big plus

Good communication and client handling skills

Ready to work in Shift and SLA based environment

Team player
