Earlier Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial activities related to ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring smooth processes, accurate tracking, and adherence to financial regulations

Role and Responsibilities : -

  • Process Flow Establishment : Develop and implement efficient process flows for upcoming and ongoing projects to streamline financial operations
  • Project Progress Tracking : Monitor and track project financial progress, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis
  • SOP Implementation : Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective project handling, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Customer Refunds Management : Oversee and manage customer refunds related to projects, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Undertake Reconciliations Activity : Undertake regular reconciliaƟons to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
  • Project Payments Management : Handle and oversee project-related payments, ensuring timely disbursements and compliance
  • AR & AP Management : Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) specifically related to projects, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Taxation Issue Resolution : Address and resolve taxation-related issues concerning projects, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and minimizing financial risks
  • Monitor Day to Day Accounting : Monitoring & verifying daily accounting and finance related activities such as statutory compliance, GST, Income Tax, TDS, payroll compliance, Companies act, FEMA, FDI
  • Requirements and skills

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in using Tally, Zoho, and Excel
  • Strong understanding of project finance, accounting principles, and taxation regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
