Work Hours : 9 : 30 AM-8 : 30 PM = 6days (Saturday early leave at 5 : 30 PM)

️Experience required : 2 + years

️Graduation : LLB

️Personal Attributes : Team player and needs to take up end to end responsibility of assignments handed over to them.

️Communication Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Languages Known English, Kannada(mandatory)

️Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior) : Having knowledge / expertise in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code or Civil Procedure

Corporate and Commercial Litigation : Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act.

⚖️Qualifications :

️2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore.

️Having knowledge / expertise in IBC or CPC.

️Strong communication and interpersonal skills

️Candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.

⚖️Responsibilities :

️Should be able to research and draft notices, plaints, petitions independently.

️Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management.

️Representation before District Courts, Commercial Courts and Arbitration

Tribunals.

️Assist the senior during the evidence and arguments stage.
