AI Product Lead

Role : Product Manager (PM-L1 / L2) – NxtWave, Hyderabad (Mon–Fri)

Purpose : Build AI-first EdTech products (teaching, learning, assessment, practice, partner management) to improve student learning outcomes and business results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy & Discovery : Translate strategy into milestones, conduct customer discovery (students, mentors, employers), size opportunities, competitive analysis.
• AI-First Delivery : Ship LLM / AI-powered features, write PRDs / DRDs, work with Engineering, Design & Data to deliver fast with strong rollout hygiene, manage backlog.
• Metrics & Growth : Define success metrics, instrument events, run A / B tests, analyze data (cohorts, funnels, retention), and iterate.
• Stakeholder & GTM : Align with Business, CX, Marketing;

create storytelling docs, enable teams with release notes / playbooks, coordinate GTM.
