Roles and Responsibilities

Lead configuration and support of Kronos modules : Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Leave Management, and Attendance.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.

Develop and manage WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) interfaces for data exchange.

Perform SQL-based reporting, data extraction, and cleansing.

Integrate Kronos with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and third-party applications.

Strong understanding of pay rules, scheduling logic, accrual policies, and compliance workflows.

Proficiency in SQL, WIM, Visual Studio, and integration tools.
