1. Govern end-to-end delivery of banking & finance projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and regulatory objectives.

2. Track project progress on scope, cost, timelines, and compliance, driving adherence to quality standards.

3. Prepare portfolio dashboards, MIS, and senior management reports with actionable insights.

4. Support financial tracking, resource planning, and cost optimization across programs.

5. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

6. Standardize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) across initiatives.

7. Utilize Jira, Confluence, and MS Project for planning, tracking, documentation, and governance.

8. Collaborate with business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

9. Drive automation and reporting through tools like Power BI / Tableau for executive decision-making.

10. Contribute to PMO maturity by implementing continuous process improvements and best practices.
