Essential Functions
- Technical
- 4–6 years of mobile application development experience, preferably with team or technical leadership experience
- Lead a team of mobile developers (remote or local) in delivering stable and performant native apps o Ability to review and influence mobile architecture decisions (Android and / or iOS)
- Ability to analyze mobile app requirements, assess technical feasibility, and prioritize trade-offs
- Develop, lead, coach, and assess the performance of mobile engineering team members
- Foster a team culture that is collaborative, curious, and focused on user experience
- Provide mobile-specific technical guidance and coaching; break down blockers across delivery or release processes
- Manage goal priorities as set by the senior management and delegate tasks to the appropriate resources

- Agile / Process
- Familiar with all relevant policies, procedures and technical concepts related to mobile software engineering, including but not limited to : secure mobile development practices (OWASP), CI / CD pipelines, store release workflows (App Store / Google Play), SDK integrations, testing practices (unit / UI / automation), accessibility, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, ATT)
- Manage sprint goals and priorities as set by senior leadership and delegate tasks to mobile engineers
- Participates in design and planning activities, contributing to both architecture and product direction
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to mobile roadmap definition alongside product and design

- Represents the mobile engineering team across the broader organization and in global collaboration settings
- Collaborates with cross-functional peers and stakeholders (Product, Design, QA, Backend) to deliver projects effectively
Education and Experience
Education :
Required :Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years’ experience
Experience :
Required :Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in mobile application development.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in engineering management roles o Demonstrated experience leading native Android and / or iOS engineering teams, with exposure to Kotlin, Java, Swift, or Objective-C. Proven ability to deliver complex mobile features, guide architectural decisions, and support modernization initiatives (e.g., migration to Swift or Kotlin). Experience with CI / CD pipelines, app release management (App Store / Google Play), and collaboration with product and QA in an Agile environment.Preferred :o Experience managing hybrid teams across geographies, improving developer productivity in mobile environments, and working with observability tools (e.g., Firebase, Crashlytics).
o Familiarity with mobile-specific security and compliance (e.g., OWASP Mobile Top 10, App Store policies). Exposure to test automation strategies (e.g., Espresso, XCUITest) and release engineering best practices.
