About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in backend development, cloud platforms, and scalable system design . The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Python frameworks, modern frontend technologies, microservices architecture, and distributed systems , along with a proven ability to design and optimize secure, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems with a strong focus on Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) .

Develop and integrate modern frontend applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS .

Architect and manage microservices-based systems in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS) .

Build and optimize RESTful APIs with a strong focus on security, performance, and rate limiting .

Design and optimize SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, ClickHouse).

Work on cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure / GCP experience is a plus).

Implement CI / CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) .

Collaborate on event-driven architectures with tools such as Kafka and SQS .

Partner with distributed teams in an Agile environment , taking ownership of deliverables from design to deployment.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to system design discussions and architecture decisions .

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with backend-heavy expertise.

Strong hands-on skills in Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django).

Solid experience in frontend development (React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).

Proven track record in microservices architecture , distributed systems , and container orchestration .

Expertise in REST API design, security, and performance optimization .

Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred) .

Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools and IaC (Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) .

Excellent understanding of event-driven and data processing architectures (Kafka, SQS).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and system design skills .

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional, distributed teams.

Relevant certifications in Cloud Architecture or System Design (preferred).
