We are seeking a talented individual to join our Flexible Benefit Process (Spain) team at Mercer. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office Position : Spanish Language Specialist - Health Insurance - Metrics, Analytics & Reporting We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Flexible Benefit Process team for Spain process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate processing of benefit enrolments, changes, and claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal teams and employees to address queries, provide guidance on benefit options, and ensure a seamless benefits experience. Review, process, and administer employee benefit enrollments, changes, and claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards for our European clients. Verify and validate benefit documentation (primarily in Spanish) for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility, making informed decisions on enrollments, adjustments, or escalations. Assist in training team members and updating process documentation to promote knowledge sharing and consistency. Support self-development initiatives, including cross-training and soft skills enhancement. Contribute to process improvement projects and quality initiatives to enhance overall service delivery.
