About the Role
We’re a fast-growing startup based in Chennai, looking for a hands-on Non-Technical Recruiter to help us scale our team quickly. You’ll manage hiring across roles such as marketing, sales, operations, content, design, and HR, working closely with founders and department heads to close positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and references.
- Understand hiring needs and job descriptions for non-tech roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure smooth candidate communication.
- Build a healthy talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in non-technical recruitment, ideally in startups or fast-moving organizations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of roles across marketing, sales, design, and operations.Based in Chennai and available to join immediately.
