Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru for an Assistant Export Manager. The Assistant Export Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing international trade operations, coordinating with export clients, and ensuring compliance with international business regulations. The role includes conducting market research, preparing export documents, planning and executing export strategies, and working closely with the sales team to enhance international sales efforts.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Export and International Trade

Skills in Business Planning and International Business

Experience in Sales and International Sales

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work on-site at our Bengaluru location

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field

Experience in the FMCG / food industry is a must

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and review customer aging reports and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Reconcile customer ledgers and statements of accounts.
  • Coordinate with sales and commercial teams for payment follow-ups and dispute resolution.
  • Support month-end closings and audits by providing accurate aging data.
  • Maintain proper documentation and adhere to company credit policies. Qualifications & Experience :
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, or M.Com / B.Com.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
  • Working knowledge of Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel. Skills : Strong communication, analytical ability, and attention to detail
