Workshift.Ai creates personalised ai automations for employees across the globe0 and charges them on a small monthly fee basis, We get the employees to come on a 1 : 1 meeting and understand and analyse what agentic ai can be custom made for them, using our agent builders.

Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Sales on Commission position. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value of Workshift.Ai's offerings. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, providing excellent customer service, managing the sales process, and attending regular training sessions to align with company sales strategies.

Since they will be charged approx $150 per month, the sales person gets the oppurtunity to earn 30$ per client per momth, with just 10 clients this allows a commision of 300$ per month

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
• Sales and Sales Management expertise to drive results and manage the sales process efficiently
• Ability to engage in Training and enhance personal and professional development continuously
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Interest or experience in technology and SaaS solutions is a plus
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is considered an advantage
