Responsibilities :

• Develop robust and scalable conversational AI chatbots tailored to specific requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms.
• Design and integrate chatbots with various platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies, implementing cutting-edge techniques into chatbot development.
• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of chatbot functionalities to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Optimize chatbot responses based on user interactions, feedback, and data analysis.
• Work closely with UX / UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly chatbot interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding chatbot integration and customization.
• Document chatbot development processes, algorithms, and code for future reference and collaboration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for chatbot development
