Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Lead who loves building great software and helping teams grow. In this role, you will guide a talented group of developers to design, create, and deliver smart, scalable, and high-quality applications using Spring Boot, Python, and Java. You will make sure our projects run smoothly, stay on time, and meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a team of developers in building software using Spring Boot, Python, and Java.
  • Review code, share feedback, and help the team follow best coding practices.
  • Work with other teams to understand needs, design solutions, and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Solve technical issues, find root causes, and provide effective fixes.
  • Keep up with the latest tech trends to bring new ideas and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Spring Boot, Python, and Java application development.
  • Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database systems.
  • Understanding of software design patterns and development best practices.
  • Experience leading teams, managing priorities, and communicating clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, DevOps, and CI / CD pipelines is a plus.
