About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Platform integrations with enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and SharePoint.

This is a hybrid role, combining both remote flexibility and in-office collaboration to drive innovation and deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate (Flow) to streamline business processes.
• Design, build, and enhance apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) integrated with Dataverse and external data sources.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and other third-party systems via custom connectors and APIs.
• Extend platform functionality using PowerFX, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Build and maintain custom connectors and ensure seamless interoperability across systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform solution design, and deliver functional prototypes.
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and governance compliance in all Power Platform implementations.
• Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture, workflows, and best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and support the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.
