Senior UI UX Designer

Senior UI / UX Designer Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI / UX Designer to lead the design of our company's digital products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in UI / UX design and a proven track record of creating elegant and effective user-centered designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Responsibilities : Lead the design of our company's digital products and services, ensuring that they meet user needs and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user personas, and create user flows and wireframes. Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and interactions. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. Work with developers to ensure that designs are implemented to spec and delivered on time. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and share your knowledge with the team. Mentor and train junior designers. Requirements : At least 10 years of experience in UI / UX design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions. Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar. Knowledge of HTML / CSS and front-end development is a plus. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field is preferred.
