Responsibility :
1 Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.
2 Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.
3 Conduct Customer training.
4 Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.
5 Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.
6 Other task arranged by the company
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
4. Good communication skills and hard working.
