Backend Developer (contract)

Job description5+ years of software engineering experience , with strong fundamentals and clean, scalable code. Fluent in modern backend stacks — TypeScript / Node.js preferred , though other server-side languages are welcome. Experience with distributed systems , high-performance computing, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Advantageous : hands-on knowledge of code search , code graphs , static analysis tools , and frameworks like tree-sitter . A degree in CS, Engineering, AI, or equivalent; a love for tackling hard problems; an enthusiasm for teaching and learning. You’ll be pushing the frontier of Gen AI —building tools that actually redefine developer workflows. Fully remote, contracted role —maximum flexibility, deep impact.
