The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for sector-specific roles and will play a key role in building a high-performing workforce aligned with our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using platforms like Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
