The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving institutional and project sales in the region.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Intern will assist in supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring adherence to HR policies. The role also involves participation in employee engagement activities and providing administrative support to the HR team.Qualifications- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) concepts and HR Management principles- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits- Knowledge of Personnel Management and recruitment coordination- Strong organizational and communication skills- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools is preferred- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
