About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Demand Generation Executive responsible for generating qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and structured cold outreach . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of lead qualification frameworks like BANT .
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive cold calling to identify, engage, and qualify potential leads.
- Execute targeted email campaigns and cold outreach sequences.
- Research and shortlist relevant prospects for outreach.
- Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria.
- Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transfer and follow-up.
- Assist in drafting call scripts, email templates, and outreach content.
- Track outreach performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Build market awareness and stay updated with industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in demand generation, inside sales, or telecalling roles.Strong experience in cold calling and lead qualification.Good understanding of BANT and other lead qualification frameworks.Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle high-volume outreach.Skills Required
