Job Title : Purchase Manager – Retail Pharmacy
Location : Pollachi, Coimbatore
Job Summary :
The Purchase Manager will handle all purchase-related operations for the pharmacy division — analyzing stock requirements using ERP, placing orders with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery. The role also involves managing store sales activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze stock levels and sales data in ERP to determine required order quantities.
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate with multiple vendors for timely supply.
- Maintain accurate purchase and delivery records in the ERP system.
- Follow up on delayed or incomplete deliveries and resolve supply issues.
- Negotiate prices and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Verify product quality, batch numbers, and expiry dates upon receipt.
- Support store operations and sales after completing purchase tasks.
Requirements :
Minimum 4 years of experience in retail pharmacy operations or purchasing .Strong knowledge of medicines, vendors, and pharmacy product categories.Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.Job Type : Full-time
Work Hours : 10 AM to 8 PM
