We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify the right talent for various roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Identify qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability and cultural fit.
Draft and post job descriptions across platforms while ensuring role clarity.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Collaborate closely with department heads to understand manpower needs.
Follow up on offer letters, salary negotiations, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
Support employer branding initiatives through digital platforms and offline activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under tight timelines.
Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first approach.
