Job description

Role : Technical Project Manager

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 8+Years

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) with experience in driving AI / ML and GenAI programs from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective execution of AI-powered solutions including chatbots, automation tools, LLM-based projects, and applied ML initiatives.

This role requires a balance of project management expertise, AI / ML exposure, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership. The TPM will oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline while aligning with the organization’s AI-first strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI / ML and GenAI projects, including chatbots, automation platforms, LLM evaluation, and applied ML solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical workflows, collaborating with engineering, data science, and operations teams.
  • Manage project governance, SLAs, KPIs, TATs, and stakeholder expectations across global delivery engagements.
  • Oversee team operations (small cross-functional teams to large-scale operator groups) ensuring adherence to project goals.
  • Drive solution design discussions, ensuring AI / ML workflows integrate seamlessly into business processes.
  • Facilitate client communications, budgeting, invoicing, and delivery optimization.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to leverage LLMs, automation, and AI-first tools to improve efficiency.
  • Support upskilling and knowledge-sharing initiatives in AI / ML practices across the project teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory if technical / project credentials are strong).
  • Experience :
  • 8–12 years of total experience, including 5+ years in Project / Program Management roles.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI / ML, GenAI, LLM-based projects, automation workflows, or SaaS-based AI solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of technical projects with global teams.
  • Project Management Skills :
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative methodologies.
  • Excellent in stakeholder communication, reporting, governance, and metrics-driven delivery.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or equivalent (preferred).
  • AI / ML Exposure :
  • Familiarity with LLM calls, APIs, fine-tuning, annotation, evaluation, and AI-driven automation workflows.
  • Strong applied experience in AI-powered tools and platforms (chatbots, report automation, CRM AI integration, autonomous systems).

  • Exposure to multilingual AI / ML workflows and large-scale delivery programs.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives effectively.
  • Strong leadership in managing teams of varying sizes (cross-functional tech + operations teams).
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on problem-solving ability.
