Interview Date and Time - To Be Announced Qualification - B.Tech And Diploma (Mechanical Engineer) Experience -2 to 5Year Starting Salary Package -Salary no bar for right candidates Job Location - Chennai Tamilnadu, Email-id share resume Job Profile - Estimation Engineer Mechanical Estimation Engineer Responsibilities Execution and Installation of Plumbing, chilled water, Exhaust, gas pipe line and various type of chemical PVC line of semiconductor industries Projects. Preparing and updating of project reports which includes construction schedule, material procurement and shop drawing schedule, man power schedule, progress reports etc. Planning and execution of project with site team / sub-contractors / agencies and ensuring quality and safety at site. Planning and coordinating with Architects, consultant, client, project team and contractors. Preparing necessary paper works at back office and corresponding with management and Report to project manager Verification of MEP SUB-contractor's quotation and invoices. Modification of completed services as per revised GFC drawing. Checking and inspecting material specifications. Estimation : - Preparation of bills of quantities based on POMI. Preparation of tender queries and follows up. Technical Expertise : - Strong Knowledge of MS-Office and Designing tool namely AutoCAD, Solid work. Effective Negotiation skills BOQ and Project Estimation skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Relevant certifications and prior experience in estimation engineering roles are beneficial
