Job description
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Training Delivery :
  • Conduct training sessions for teachers , principals , and academic trainers . This includes both online training and in-person sessions, depending on the business needs.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations to effectively communicate educational content to different audiences.
  • Curriculum Development :
  • Design and develop the curriculum for various educational levels, ensuring that it is aligned with best practices and pedagogical standards.
  • Involved in the creation , curation , review , quality control , and validation of content for educational programs.
  • Ensure that the curriculum is both age-appropriate and engaging to encourage effective learning.
  • Content Review and Enhancement :
  • Regularly review and update existing educational materials to ensure that the content is relevant and meets academic standards.
  • Work with other team members to improve and refine educational resources based on feedback and research.
  • Collaboration :
  • Work closely with the academic team to ensure content and training materials are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely development and delivery of high-quality educational content.
  • Qualifications and Experience :
  • Education :
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Education or related fields.
  • Experience :
  • At least 3 years of experience in teacher training , with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an academic setting, or fresh graduates with excellent academic records from reputed institutions .
  • EdTech experience is preferred but not mandatory.
