Key Responsibilities :Training Delivery :Conduct training sessions for teachers , principals , and academic trainers . This includes both online training and in-person sessions, depending on the business needs.Create and deliver engaging presentations to effectively communicate educational content to different audiences.Curriculum Development :Design and develop the curriculum for various educational levels, ensuring that it is aligned with best practices and pedagogical standards.Involved in the creation , curation , review , quality control , and validation of content for educational programs.Ensure that the curriculum is both age-appropriate and engaging to encourage effective learning.Content Review and Enhancement :Regularly review and update existing educational materials to ensure that the content is relevant and meets academic standards.Work with other team members to improve and refine educational resources based on feedback and research.Collaboration :Work closely with the academic team to ensure content and training materials are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely development and delivery of high-quality educational content.Qualifications and Experience :Education :Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Education or related fields.Experience :At least 3 years of experience in teacher training , with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an academic setting, or fresh graduates with excellent academic records from reputed institutions .EdTech experience is preferred but not mandatory.Skills Required
