About the Role
The Ad Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by securing advertising partnerships.
This role involves acquiring new clients, developing relationships with key clients, crafting impactful ad strategies, and leveraging insights to deliver value-driven advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from scratchsourcing, qualifying, and converting leads.
- Design and implement a CRM system (e., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for tracking and managing sales activity and funnel performance.
- Develop customized media proposals and pitches based on client objectives and budget.
- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Report key metrics and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in campaign success and revenue generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.MBA is a plus.3-5 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, or related roles, in the Tech space.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Deep understanding of ad sales processes and digital advertising platforms.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities(ref : iimjobs.com)
