Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development or IT, combined with solid project management experience, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project management — from requirement gathering and planning to execution, delivery, and post-launch support.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, design, and business teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor and track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage client communications, set expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between technical and non-technical teams.
• Support sprint planning, backlog management, and agile ceremonies (if applicable).
• Analyze project performance and prepare detailed reports for management review.
