Financial Controller

Position : Finance ControllerDepartment : Finance & AccountsLocation : Corporate OfficeReporting To : CFOEducational Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)Experience Required : Minimum 15 years of core Finance & Accounts experienceAt least 3 years of proven experience in a Finance Controller / CFO roleObjective : To undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures including Risk ManagementJob Responsibilities : Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A / R, A / P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue RecognitionCoordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variancesPrepare and publish timely monthly financial statementsPrepare and publish timely monthly financial statementsCoordinate the preparation of regulatory reportingResearch technical accounting issues for complianceSupport month-end and year-end close processEnsure quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingManage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filingsDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsAdditional controller duties as necessarySKILL SET REQUIRED : FUNCTIONAL SKILLS : Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExperience with creating financial statementsExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year end close processTECHNICAL SKILLS : Knowledge of IND-AS, Company's Act, Direct & Indirect taxes, IFRSSAP FICOBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED : Leadership skills, Listening skills, Good Oral and Written Communication,
