Job Summary
We are looking for a Naval Architect trainee to join our team in Kochi. As a trainee, you will assist in the preparation of the RO-RO Ballast calculation & stability booklet preparation. You will also contribute to the creation of statutory ship drawings, generating GHS models for heavy lift vessels / deck carriers, GHS model validation and loading condition preparation.
Job Description
- Assisting in Stability and Ballast calculations using GHS software
- Generating GHS Models of heavy lift vessels and Deck carriers
- Assisting in Stability booklet and RO-RO Feasibility report preparations
- Preparation of Statutory drawings of ships
- GHS Model validation and Loading condition preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Naval ArchitectureUnderstanding and basic working knowledge of any stability softwareStrong fundamentals in HydrostaticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle design tasks independently and effectively with less supervision.Understanding and basic working knowledge of AutoCAD 2DKey Competencies
