Optimize CNC Programs for Efficiency

We seek a detail-oriented professional to create and optimize CNC programs. This role requires strong knowledge of Generating G-code, CAD / CAM software, tooling, and machining processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, write, and test CNC programs for various machines.
Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
Select cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes.
Maintain documentation and program archives.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (2-3 years preferred).

Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Alphacam, Fusion 360).

Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations.
