Responsibilities :
- Handle walk-in customers by understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solutions
- Coordinate and manage dispatch schedules and logistics
- Maintain communication with clients regarding order status, delivery timelines, and service issues
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods
- Promote company products / services through effective in-person communication
- Maintain records of customer interactions, dispatch logs, and inventory movement
- Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business goals
Eligibility Criteria :
Graduate in any streamMore than 3 to 5 years of experience in dispatch and customer-facing rolesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPolite, convincing, and customer-friendly attitudeShould be well-organized and capable of multitaskingSkills Required
