Palmonas is a modern demi-fine jewellery brand focused on creating timeless, fashion-forward pieces. Our visual identity is central to how customers experience our brand, and we are looking for a skilled Image Retoucher to elevate the quality and consistency of our product and campaign imagery.

Role Overview

The Image Retoucher will work closely with the photography, design, and marketing teams to produce high-quality retouched images for e-commerce, campaigns, social media, and paid ads. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, an understanding of jewellery aesthetics, and the ability to maintain consistent visual standards across all assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Retouch, colour-correct, and enhance jewellery product images while preserving true product features (metal finish, stone colour, textures).
• Clean up imperfections, adjust lighting, remove dust / scratches, and ensure accurate reflections and highlights.
• Retouch model and lifestyle images with natural-looking skin tones and consistent backgrounds.
• Prepare and export images in required formats for website, marketplace listings, social media, and other marketing assets.
• Maintain consistency in styling, shadows, cropping, and overall visual identity across all imagery.
• Collaborate with the photography team to improve raw image quality and visual concepts.
• Organize and manage the retouching pipeline to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Follow brand guidelines and contribute to developing retouching standards.
