Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

We are looking for a versatile software engineer with a strong background in full-stack development. You would be building and maintaining applications that power DoctorC’s daily operations. You will be required to work end-to-end : React / React Native front-end and Python (Django) back-end.

What you’ll do

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of new features used daily by customers and the operations team across web and mobile apps.

Own backend services that power DoctorC’s complete post‑order operations lifecycle.

Work together with the design, product, and Ops teams to solve real-world workflow problems.

Advocate for code quality and performance : leverage AI‑powered tooling, thorough tests, and profiling to keep the platform fast, secure, and scalable.

Instrument services with metrics, logs, and traces; drive continuous improvements.

Shape our tech stack - designing for scale and choosing proven practices.

What we’re looking for

5+ years building production- grade software across front‑end and back‑end.

Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django. Solid understanding of software architecture and SDLC.

Ability to work with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.

Deep SQL expertise : schema design, complex queries, and performance tuning on Postgres in production.

Familiarity with Jenkins, AWS, and Unix commands is a plus.

Clear communicator who works well with cross-functional teams.
