Position Title : Mines Medical Officer
Qualification : MBBA, AFIH / CIH (Mandatory)
Experience : 6 to 10 Yrs of manufacturing experience (Preferred)
Location : Baloda Bazar, C.G – Near to Raipur

Key Responsibilities :
Ensure statutory compliance with the Mines Act, 1952 and Mines Rules, 1955, including conducting mandatory medical examinations and certifying fitness for mine workers.
Maintain statutory documentation such as registers, forms, and medical records, and coordinate with DGMS and other authorities during inspections.
Monitor occupational health hazards like dust, noise, vibration, heat, chemicals, and confined spaces to ensure a safe working environment.
Implement health surveillance programs, including dust disease prevention and pneumoconiosis monitoring.
Participate in accident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions to enhance workplace safety.
Provide clinical and emergency care, including first aid and immediate treatment for injuries and illnesses at the mine site
Ensure emergency preparedness by maintaining ambulances, dispensaries, and medical equipment, and conducting regular mock drills.
Promote health and wellness through awareness programs, hygiene campaigns, and CSR-linked health camps for employees and nearby communities.
Train employees and supervisors in first aid, emergency response, and occupational health hazard awareness.
Oversee medical administration, including supervision of paramedical staff, inventory management, health reporting, and maintaining confidentiality of medical records
