Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage, mentor, implement, exexite and guide our digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate will oversee all first round of digital creative approvals, campaigns, ensure timely execution, maintain high performance, and drive measurable results across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of digital marketing executives and specialists.

Assign tasks, monitor daily operations, and ensure smooth workflow.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Ensure team members meet deadlines, KPIs, and quality standards.

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, landing pages, and social media.

Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.

Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign requirements.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Analyze digital campaign metrics, website traffic, and engagement trends.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Use data insights to improve strategies and execution.

Content & Brand Management

Oversee content creation for social media, websites, blogs, and ad campaigns.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Collaborate with the creative team for visuals, videos, and marketing materials.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, ad platforms, and algorithm changes.
