The Digital Infrastructure Providers Association (DIPA) is the apex industry body representing India's telecom and digital infrastructure sector. DIPA works closely with the Government of India, industry stakeholders, and international bodies to drive policies that strengthen India's digital backbone and enable the vision of Digital Bharat .

Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate Research And Policy Analyst to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves diving into government policies, analysing regulatory frameworks, and translating complex information into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Research & Analysis

• Track and analyse government policies, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks across multiple ministries — Ministry of Communications (MoC), Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Power (MoP), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI) , and others.
• Conduct research on emerging issues related to telecom, digital infrastructure, renewable energy integration, green policy, and industrial regulations.
• Prepare detailed policy briefs, research notes, position papers, and concept documents for internal and external use.
• Support DIPA's advocacy efforts with evidence-backed insights and data.
