Role and Responsibilities
- Direct stunning graphics for mobile games, including in-game graphics, 2D assets, App Store icons, screenshots, feature graphics, cross-promotion images, and ad creatives (Facebook / Google Ads).
- Collaborate with the ASO team to deliver a steady stream of graphics for ASO experiments and strategies.
- Partner with Product Managers to plan and identify graphic requirements for upcoming game updates or new launches.
- Lead, grow, and mentor a team of Graphic Designers, providing clear creative direction.
- Ensure a unified art vision and set benchmarks for graphic production.
- Review designer work and provide constructive feedback to meet top quality standards.
- Act as a mentor and role model for the art team, fostering creativity and enthusiasm.
- Stay updated with latest advances in game art techniques and technology.
- Conduct effective art reviews and ensure the highest quality output.
Who Could You Be (Experience and Background)
8+ years of design experience, with at least 3 years in managing junior designers / artists.Minimum two shipped titles as Senior Graphic Artist (preferably from pre-production through launch & live ops).Proven experience in designing graphics for mobile games.Excellent sense of color combinations, gaming knowledge, and visual aesthetics.Strong expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.Self-starter with team management capabilities.Naturally curious, creative, and open to learning / exploring new ideas.Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and graphic work.Extensive knowledge of game industry trends, free-to-play mechanics, UX, graphics, and game systems.Knowledge of Unity is an added advantage.Skills Required
