Job description

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing digital agency team. The ideal candidate should bring strong visual storytelling skills, an eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of digital-first design.

From static posts and motion graphics to brand videos and marketing collaterals, you’ll be responsible for designing high-impact creatives that elevate brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.

This is a full-time remote role —you’ll collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and video production teams to bring bold ideas to life.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design social media creatives, infographics, reels, videos, and motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop visual storytelling for digital campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
Design and animate explainer videos, intros / outros, and promo content .
Create visually consistent assets across all digital platforms.
Edit and enhance videos using motion graphics, typography, and transitions.
Work on brand identity , UI / UX design mockups, and presentation layouts when required.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital ad formats, and animation techniques.

🛠️ Required Skills & Software Expertise

Adobe Creative Suite (Mandatory) :

Photoshop

Illustrator

After Effects

Premiere Pro

InDesign

Additional tools (Good to have) :

Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW

3D or motion tools like Blender (optional but preferred)

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.

Familiarity with digital ad formats (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display).

✨ Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in a digital agency or creative studio .

Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital designs and animations.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to feedback.
