Its offerings span consulting, system design, installation, training, and ongoing support, complemented by an e-commerce platform for AV and production equipment.

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist based in India to support our Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This role is critical in ensuring accurate billing, timely vendor payments, and comprehensive financial data entry in support of our US-based accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, a meticulous attention to detail, and experience working with leading accounting software platforms such as Quick Books, Acumatica, SAP, or Sage.

Key Areas of Responsibilities :

Perform accurate and timely entry of AP and AR transactions.

Generate customer invoices and track billing cycles.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Support the month-end and year-end close processes.

Maintain well-organized digital records of all financial documents.

Communicate effectively with the US accounting team to ensure seamless integration of financial data.

Prepare regular reports on AR aging and AP due balances.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognized university in India.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Strong familiarity with US accounting practices is a plus.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books, Acumatica, SAP, or Sage.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Work Schedule & Compensation :

Must be available to work US Pacific Time hours : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM PT.

This is a fixed-fee, exempt position (no overtime compensation).

Initial 3 months - India + US shift (Training + work) - Followed by remote US shift.
