Openings for PLM Developer / Lead- CPG Industry Experience Mandatory

Role :

Senior PLM Developer with CPG industry experience

Experience :

7–10 years in PLM development and configuration

Domain :

Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize

PLM solutions

to meet business needs.

Implement and support

centralized specification management, document control, compliance workflows, and integrated change management .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable

efficient product lifecycle processes .

Design and deploy

PLM enhancements, extensions, and integrations

with ERP, QMS, and other enterprise applications.

Support

data migration, upgrades, and system performance tuning .

Prepare

technical documentation

and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in

PLM configuration and customization .

Expertise in

centralized specification management, document management, compliance controls, and change management processes .

Solid understanding of

PLM design principles

and best practices.

Proficiency in

Siemens Teamcenter PLM

and

Infor PLM

solutions.

Strong coding and scripting skills (Java, C#, .NET, XML, PL / SQL, or equivalent).

Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain

PLM integrations .

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to other PLM platforms like

Centric or Trace One .

Familiarity with

regulatory frameworks

relevant to CPG (PPWR, FDA, ISO).

Experience in

cloud deployments and modern integration methods (APIs, middleware) .
