Job descriptionSupport the full project lifecycle—from initial setup to closeout—ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Pull, analyze, and present project performance metrics; highlight risks and recommend corrective actions. Assist Project Managers with project setup in Deltek Vision (opportunities, budgets, plans, QA / QC reviews). Track financial performance (profitability, unbilled items, forecasts) and provide insights for decision-making. Facilitate project review meetings, follow through on action items, and maintain documentation standards. Collaborate across PMO, Finance, IT, and Delivery teams to improve workflows and service quality. Mentor team members on project administration tools, processes, and reporting best practices. 2+ years experience in project coordination, PMO, business operations, finance, or similar role. Strong Excel / data analysis skills; comfortable synthesizing insights and communicating clearly. Experience with Deltek Vision or equivalent project / ERP tools preferred (training available). Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Background in architecture, construction, engineering, or consulting environments. Experience with Tableau or business intelligence dashboards.
