Job descriptionDevelop web dashboards and user interfaces Prepare machine drawings, documentation, and training material Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related fields 2–4 years of relevant experience (industrial sector preferred) Ability to work independently and self-organized , with a strong sense of responsibility Smart and confident in dealing with customers across different levels (operators to top management) Fluency in English and Hindi is a must (Kannada is an added advantage) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Hands-on skills with sensors, cabling, and instrumentation setup Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint & Excel for technical documentation and reporting Willingness to travel frequently across India and abroad Experience in customer technical support, commissioning, or service engineering is a strong plus Ability to adapt quickly , work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously ️ Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills ️ Proactive problem solver who thinks ahead and plans well ️ Flexibility to adapt in dynamic environments and multicultural teams ️ Strong communication & presentation skills ️ Passion for technology, sensors, and digital transformation in industries ️ Team player with eagerness to learn, grow, and innovate
