About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Performance Marketing to fuel our customer acquisition engine across digital channels. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on execution, experimentation, and data-backed decision-making in a high-growth, product-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook / Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
- Execute and optimize full-funnel digital marketing campaigns for acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Build campaign structures that maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to drive improvements in ad performance and landing page conversion.
- Implement A / B tests to continuously improve targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, CAC, and LTV.
- Manage and optimize multi-crore marketing budgets with high efficiency.
- Explore new growth channels and lead experimentation initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.Certifications in Google Ads, Meta / Facebook Blueprint, or similar are a strong plus.5–7 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital-first product or fintech environment.Prior experience in a fast-paced online product-based company is mandatory .Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and related platforms.Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, or similar.Demonstrated success in scaling paid media campaigns profitably.Exceptional communication and project management skills.
