Position Objective :

To independently lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and draftsmen responsible for the core design, detailing, and engineering of bulk material handling and utility systems . The incumbent will ensure complete design deliverables — from conceptual design to detailed engineering — in compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Independently lead and manage a team of design engineers and draftsmen engaged in bulk material handling and utility system design.
• Allocate design tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Mentor and guide team members for technical competence and professional growth.
