🏗️ Junior Engineer – Site Supervisor (Civil)

Location : Kasindra , Ahmedabad (15 mins from Bopal)

Openings : 2 Positions

Project : Anugrah Villas – 107 premium 4 & 5 BHK bungalow project (Phase 1 : 55 units under construction)

About the Project

Anugrah Villas is a premium gated community of 4 & 5 BHK villas, spread across 107 units with top-class amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, kids’ play area, sports courts, and landscaped gardens. Designed by Apurva Amin Architects , it offers the perfect balance between urban comfort and serene living.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Junior Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations for Phase 1 of the project. The candidate will be responsible for measurement verification, quantity estimation, contractor supervision, and on-site quality control to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily site supervision and ensure work progress as per drawings and schedule.
  • Take accurate measurements and prepare material quantity estimates for procurement and billing.
  • Verify contractor work , check measurements , and assist in preparing contractor payment certificates .
  • Monitor and maintain quality control as per project specifications and structural drawings.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and contractors to resolve on-site issues.
  • Maintain daily progress reports , checklists, and safety compliance records.
  • Support the senior engineer and project manager in ensuring timely completion of milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • 1–3 years of site experience (preferably in residential or villa projects)
  • Sound knowledge of quantity take-offs, bar bending schedules, and billing
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage labor teams and work under deadlines
